Refunds and Exchanges

The Ivy Store, which is owned and operated by Maximus Quant Global Private Limited,  shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. The Ivy Store does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by The Ivy Store.

Any item purchased on our website does qualify for return / exchange  but only if its  unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags.

In case of size issue we provide exchanges at no extra cost. The return / exchange so shall be communicated to The Ivy Store within 7 days of its receipt via email, call or WhatsApp . Any communication received after 7 days of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Money for the returned product will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 working days of receiving the returned outfit by The Ivy Store. The Ivy Store holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
